Narbo 118, French Wine Benefits Africa

A blend of Carignan, Grenache, Mouvedre and Syrah, Norbo 118 is surely already a stand-out wine made from a municipal winery in Narbonne, France. Yet the most unique and wonderful aspect of this wine is that 100% of its proceeds are donated to charity which supports water projects in Burkina Faso in West Africa. The wine is sold in lots of sixteen jeroboams and two salmanazars at a yearly auction -- last year brought in €18,000! The first of its kind let's hope their mission inspires other wineries to do the same. Cheers to good works!
